As robust as climbing ropes might seem, their role as lifesavers has to end eventually. And when it’s time to leave these ropes at home, there is one more step they can take, one more purpose they can fulfil: soulseil, an Austrian start-up, upcycles old climbing ropes to accessories and home decorations – for anyone that isn’t ready to throw this faithful companion out just yet.
This project allowed me to create various print materials for this small business to enhance its brand recognition and create a uniform appearance. From business cards to folders and price tags, a very minimalistic and typographic style transports the simplistic values of soulseil.
